Can a foreign production company shoot in Morocco without a local partner?

No. The CCM filming permit must be filed by a Moroccan production company approved for executive production. We introduce you to the right accredited partner and coordinate the shoot alongside it.

How far in advance should we contact you?

As soon as your dates become realistic. The CCM processes a complete application in about 3 days for a commercial, 7 days for a music video and 15 days for a feature film, but preparation — scouting, crew, logistics, additional authorisations — usually takes from two weeks to several months depending on the project.

Does Morocco offer a film incentive?

Yes. The CCM reimburses 30% of eligible expenses for feature films, TV fiction, documentaries and fiction made for the internet that spend at least 10 million dirhams in Morocco and shoot for at least 18 days. Commercials and music videos are not eligible. Details in our filming in Morocco guide.

Which languages do you work in?

English and French with your team; Arabic and Darija with Moroccan crews, suppliers and stakeholders.

Do you only work in Marrakech?

No. We are based in Marrakech and organise shoots across Morocco: Agafay, the High Atlas, Ouarzazate, the Sahara, Essaouira, Casablanca, Tangier and the north.
